Karen Roussy                                                      

Karen Roussy is the Owner/Operator of Roussy Enterprises and is proud to bring over 25 years of progressive administrative office experience to the businesses of Northumberland County and surrounding area.

After commuting for many years to Toronto, Karen saw the need for quality, temporary office solutions in Northumberland County.  Utilizing her skills acquired through working with companies such as Price Waterhouse, Royal LePage, Brookfield Commercial Properties, Norbord Industries, BMO Nesbitt Burns and Minacs Worldwide Inc., in capacities ranging from secretary to executive assistant to operations assistant, she opened Roussy Enterprises.

Karen's diverse background has provided her with an opportunity to work in many different industries and acquire a variety of skills, all of which she has incorporated in the development of her business.

She has coordinated and presided over several corporate events from company BBQ's to Holiday Galas and Senior Management Retreats and was a volunteer member of the organizing committee for the Bell Walk for Kids (Durham) from its 2003 inception to 2005.

As well as being proud to serve the community in the business sense, Karen has recently volunteered on the Northumberland United Way Community Review Panel Process and is actively sitting on the Hamilton Township Heritage Committee as well as the Nominations Committee.
